Another birthday, another cake. My son wanted to have a McDonalds for dinner so thought I'd also make one in cake form. The chips are biscuits, the burger is a chocolate cake wrapped in fondant icing and the bun is covered in marzipan.
A cake for my Harry Potter fan, he loves the books and really loved his cake too. All the books are chocolate cake wrapped in fondant icing, layered with raspberry jam and chocolate buttercream. I also made a wand from the brown fondant.
A day at Brand Hatch taking photos and watching the GT World Challenge featuring GT3 cars and also saw Valentino Rossi driving on 4 wheels.
My latest cake creation for my Wife's 40th Birthday, she loves chocolate and puzzles! Pleased with how it turned out although it took a while to make 4 different cakes and 4 different frostings. Each cake is only 1 layer though, shame we couldn't have the family over to help us eat it all! :)
